Kim received her initial certification in pediatric massage in 2007, and has since worked regularly with infants and children of all ages and in all circumstances; including those living with special needs, health concerns, in healthcare settings, oncology, and in hospice.

- In her private practice, Kim works daily with children, their families, and adults, many have special needs or are dealing with chronic pain. Her advice and expertise in pediatric massage, infant massage, and therapeutic massage are regularly sought out by professionals and organizations.
- Her vision and passion for families going through loss, has led her to work in the field of perinatal loss and support families in the NICU.
- She was a volunteer & assisted in education with Gentle Massage for Children and Integrative Touch for Kids. She assisted in supporting the massage therapists that volunteered at the Integrative Touch for Kids respite retreats in Arizona.
- She has also worked closely with the Giving Inspiration for the Souls program, assisted the families, providing massage, serving on its Board of Directors, chairing respite weekends.
- She enjoys educating massage therapists to help them gain knowledge and understand of the techniques that are needed to work with pediatrics and their families.
- She served as a delegate with AMTA NY in the House of Delegates in 2013 and 2014.
- She volunteers as a doula to highrisk or loss moms and provides support while the baby is in the special care nursery or in NICU. She also supports couples who are birthing and saying goodbye to their baby at the same time and in births where a baby is born silent.
- Kim also regularly volunteers her services and continually provides respite with families who are living with an infant or child who has a disability or diagnosis.
- Kim currently is teaching courses in pediatric massage, treatment based infant massage, pediatric massage for those living with special health concerns, massage for those living with CP, massage for those living with autism, and how to market a pediatric massage practice.
